Guest guest
Hi Reg, Thanks, I love writing. It is wonderful to be able to go anywhere with a laptop and write at any time. I am just finishing a book on Wabi Sabi and hoping to start another book on face reading. I have been slowly writing a novel and would love to finish that soon. Please feel free to ask any questions. All the best, Simon Dude!!! I just googled you and you have a million books!!! Now you realize I'm going to have to ask you all sorts of questions all the time forget about just the bags under my eyes! , do you have all his books for sale? if not why not? What is up this is some really groovy stuff!!! Peace, Reg
Guest guest
Hi Reg, I do not recognise the book Lino showed you. The vegetables I recommended are more alkaline forming and by eating more of them you will become more alkaline quicker but if you do not like them just use the one you enjoy. Thank you so much for your help with my books. I will send my book list today. All the best, Simon Hey Simon, Face reading? I've been going nuts trying to find a book Lino took out years ago and for a bit I thought Ilanit had found it for me but sadly when it arrived at my door I saw it wasn't. It's a red cover and has every part of the body in great detail saying what it corresponds to inside. I specifically remembered the ears b/c I have lots of piercings so he was checking that out. So yesterday like a good soldier I bought all the veggies you suggested. Promise the dark circles under my eyes will go away from this? Should I drink it daily or what? Can I add or delete any of the veggies or is this specific? In a way Klara and I are alike in that I need specifics. Not to say I always follow but I like to have that as a starting guide and then well throw all caution to the wind. I spoke to about your books and selling more of them. Have you 2 discussed that? I'm trying to push this into action as you can see. Peace, Reg > > > > > > > > > > > Dude!!! I just googled you and you have a million books!!! Guest guest
Hi Reg, Thank you so much for having such a good idea. Here are my books and a quick description. I have concentrated on the books I know are easier to get and most popular. All the book are illustrated in full colour. You can get a fuller description and see the covers on my web site; http://www.chienergy.co.uk/bookstore.htm Modern Day Macrobiotics I wrote this to try and bring macrobiotics up to date with all the latest thinking and nutritional information. I wanted this book to be informative and educational as possible without preaching or trying prescribe. It includes a range of menu plans to try along with recipes. Information includes balancing acid and alkaline, sodium and potassium along with the living energy of foods. Chi Energy Workbook Chi or ki as it is called in Japan is made up of our emotional energy and this book explores all the ways we can harness and influence this energy through foods, meditation and exercise. In this book you will find a lot of practices you can try with a friend including; shiatsu, reiki, healing and tai chi. In this book I have taken a very holistic view of healing and tried to show the reader how so many practices are connected by chi. Practical Art of Face Reading This book focuses on character face reading. It has a positive slant and shows you how to observe faces and understand how this reflects someone’s personality. Face reading is a fascinating subject as we all have a lifetimes database of faces and characters stored in our heads so it is something we can quickly tap into and use in relationships, work and friendships. Feng Shui Bible This is my most recent feng shui book and has all my latest thinking. The idea is that if we have an emotional energy running through and around our bodies and if this energy is influenced by the atmosphere of the building you are in you can create the best atmosphere in your home to feel the way you want to feel. Energy Booster Workout This is a fun cartoon book that takes the reader through a complete Japanese Do In self massage routine. It is also a great book for discovering and learning about your most influential acupressure points. Karma Cookbook This book was written by Dragana with Boy and helps the reader make macrobiotics tasty and satisfying. The recipes reflect a wide range of cultures and help anyone enjoy and wide and varied macrobiotic diet. Practical Astrology by Numbers or Feng Shui Astrology This book teaches everything you need to discover your nine ki astrology energies. Here you can learn how to read characters, explore the mix of energies in relationships, work out the best time to start something and calculate your best directions for moving each year. Change Your Food to Change Your Mood This book was written with a famous celebrity chef and restaurateur from the UK. It combines very broad macrobiotic recipes with feng shui in terms of the setting so you really can try to create your ideal mood through your food and environment. The recipes are more complex with the emphasis on taste. A great choice for cooks and for those times you want to impress your friends. Practical Feng Shui This was my second feng shui book and most successful. It sold over one million copies and was even translated into Japanese and Chinese. People love this book for decorating ideas and to learn all the basic principles of feng shui. Best wishes, Simon Oh yea!! here I am playing yenta and you said something. Yea Simon I think you should tell us all about all your books, a brief description of them all and conduct a poll and see which most here find most interesting (I'll do a proper poll if you'd like) and then with the results you and can figure out which to sell in his store. What do you think? Reg

Guest guest
Hey Simon, I had the juice today but call me stupid was I supposed to stick a piece of lemon including the rind in the juicer. NO LAUGHING From anyone here ok???? (I do say there are no stupid questions in the intro don't I? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM) The juice wasn't that great and my heart started to go a little faster at first so I didn't just gulp it down. Marlie wanted to make one too: carrot, beet, apple and apple juice. I humored her and she barely drank any. Getting ready to look at the book list now........ R > >> > > >>> > > > >>> > > > >>> > > > >>> > > > >>> > > Dude!!! Guest guest
Hi Reg, Yes you can run some lemon through the juicer with the skin or just squeeze some juice into the juice by hand afterwards. Best to use more carrots until you get the taste you want. Have you managed to increase your vegetable consumption? I hope this helps, Simon Hey Simon, I had the juice today but call me stupid was I supposed to stick a piece of lemon including the rind in the juicer. NO LAUGHING From anyone here ok???? Guest guest
Hi I haven't touched base with you for a bit but wanted to let you know that my baby food book is out. It is called Yummy Yummy in My Tummy and is a wonderful resource for new mothers and also those who have had children already but want to understand more about how to feed a balanced and strengthening diet. There are lots of great recipes starting with home made grain milk which is the ideal food for a baby after breast milk. Grain milk can also be used if a mum cannot breast feed her baby. The recipes and information are for babies from birth to 2 years. I will have it available on my web site in about a week or so.
