Guest guest Posted April 6, 2003 Report Share Posted April 6, 2003 This list has been quite lately. I'm sure this has been discussed before, but what are others doing about stocking supplies? We have an OB tech that works 5 days a week & stocks some of the time. We just don't have a good system. A few months ago we tried to have 3 of everything in the room, but the drawers got too full & complicated. Now we don't have enough. It is fine when you have the time to stock the room when you have a patient, but you are up a creek, when you get a pt that is 8cm, she is screaming & you are running getting your supplies in the room. Those tongue blades collect dust above the bed, then when you have a pt seizing, they are no where to be found. What does everyone else do?
