Guest guest
Hi Nikki Welcome to this wonderful site. There are lots of people on here that can help with all aspects of cooking. If you would like to check out my web site; www.celebrate4health.com there are lots of recipes and info on getting started. I also offer a set of 12 cooklets that are considered to be extremely practical and easy to follow. The recipes are laid out in menu format so can see how to balance meals. They also give you information on what different dishes and ingredients are good for and the energetic benefits. You can purchase this set as one complete book too. Good luck and ask away. There are others out there in similar situations and we all benefit from questions!! Many blessings Menu Planning? > >Hi Everyone! > >I am a complete newbie.
