Guest guest Posted May 26, 2004 Report Share Posted May 26, 2004 Ok, I tried making cream cheese and whey (no culture) and when I checked on it today it had pink mould on top (girl mould LOL) :-( I needed the whey so I guess I'll buy some organic yogurt and cheese it for the whey.
