Guest guest
Wayne, I felt the exact same way. After I saw my brfore pictures I was horrified. All this time I thought I looked decent. Those pictures told me another story though. I made a collage of the pictures and made it my wallpaper on my computer. Believe me it's all the motivation I need. I don't want to look like that person anymore. I can look better and feel better! You'll like BFL. It takes a little adjusting to get use to and you will stumble but it's OK because you are doing this for life and a stumble here and there won't kill you. & >< > Thanks to the few of you who responded to my first post... Guest guest
Hi Wayne and welcome! > Does anyone else feel the same way about their > " before " pic? Seeing my before pictures were a bit of shock to me, especially the pics from the back. It's not a view I get to see and I didn't realize that I was carrying a lot more weight than I thought in my hips/butt area. Thank goodness I took those pictures because that's one of the motivating factors that keeps me going (midway through my second challenge). __________________________________________________
