Sounds right on (2 tablespoons being a serving), I use that or

Optimum Nutritions Pro Complex, both are great tasting and easy to

mix.

Mine had a measuring scoop, but I am not sure how much it holds. I

will check the amount to make sure when I get home and let you know.

I checked and the measuring scoop leveled off is 1/3 cup. Weighed

that on the scale and it is 31.4 gms so 2 tbsp would be less than

half a serving.
