How long have you been using kombucha?

I have just found kombucha and it's amazing! I have run into some

cautions but cannot find any one to has drunk it for a long time and

their response. Could you post how long you've been using Kombucha?

My husband and I have been drinking Kombucha for more than 10 years

with a few breaks. My husband loves it so much that he now is in

charge of making it! You don't know what a miracle this is because he

doesn't cook!

Since I make soap, lotions and creams I would be interested in what

the benefits are for skin.
