How long have you been using kombucha?

I have just found kombucha and it's amazing! I have run into some

cautions but cannot find any one to has drunk it for a long time and

their response. Could you post how long you've been using Kombucha?

For more than 20 years with very few breaks, and so has my husband.

We dote on the stuff and we are very well preserved for our age and

don't catch many bugs that go around even when others drop like

the flies ;-) Kombucha has also become my skin tonic, I use Kombucha

cream and scobys on sore parts of my body with very good effect.

We are definitely successful l o n g - t i m e r s :-)
