Hi,

Just thought I'd share my experience of food with everyone. On my

last free day I had strawberry jam which I use to love but this time

when I had it I found it way too sweet. I was shocked, to think that

a food I once adored so much is now way too sweet for me. I'm happy

about that though. I also ate very little sweet things on my free

day. I had about ten m & m's and that was more then enough. Also, I no

longer crave ice cream. It's great! Things that I thought would be

almost impossible to give up are actually pretty easy to let go of.

As a treat for myself on my free day I had baby carrots with a little

ranch dip and I loved every bite of it! I also really enjoy the

natural sweetness of fruits now and that is more then sweet enough

for me.

I'm so happy about the diet changes I'm making and I'm actually

liking it!
