On my last free day I had strawberry jam which I use to love but this time when I had it I found it way too sweet. I was shocked, to think that a food I once adored so much is now way too sweet for me. I'm happy about that though. I also ate very little sweet things on my free day. I had about ten m & m's and that was more then enough. Also, I no longer crave ice cream. It's great! Things that I thought would be almost impossible to give up are actually pretty easy to let go of. As a treat for myself on my free day I had baby carrots with a little ranch dip and I loved every bite of it! I also really enjoy the natural sweetness of fruits now and that is more then sweet enough for me.
