It is a lot like the paleo diet -- maybe it is the Paleo diet -- with some quirks. I am a tall, active, busy gal, and I think I've gone through a jar and a half of peanut butter in the last 10 days because it is fast and filling! I would love advice about what other Paleo diet folks snack on that is easy and fast. I am in general a slow foods kind person, but I'm having a little bit of trouble keeping " fueled up " on this diet. I have been on it since August.
