Guest guest
I notice on virtually every male competitor using this program that they have something I've never acquired. I know my muscles are underneath the fat on my stomache and I'm not too bad, but I can pinch an inch. I can't wait to get that definition in my stomache. How long in the program before I will notice a 6 or 8 pack on my stomache? Also, is there anything I can do to maximize the fat burning in that area faster than others? Guest guest
Males need to get into single digit bodyfat before they can see their six pack. I don't know where you are bodyfat wise, so I can't tell you how long it would take. Besides, everyone's fat loss occurs at different rates. You can't spot reduce. You can maximize your fat burning capacity by increasing your lean muscle. Your " muskles " are your fat burning machine. Follow the book, as written, and you'll see your six pack. Guest guest
The word on Hussman's site is that you need to get down to between 9- 11% BF to see that six-pack. Fat comes off in layers like an onion and spot training does not work. www.hussman.com/eas
Guest guest
Arms and a 6-pack, that's what guys want. I can see one on the radar screen...it's just a blip now, but soon... Guest guest
Nothing you can do to speed it up, but as far as working the abs, I have some advice. Don't work them more than 3 times per week and don't do more than 15 reps at a time. If you can do more, then change your routine by adding weight or change the ab exercise. There is a lot that you can do to work the different ab areas. Shedding the fat is essential if you ever want to see the abs. Guest guest
I've started the Ab Boot Camp and it is HARD!! I could only do 1/2 of the exercise. Of course my BF is 29% and I'm only in week 4 of my first challenge. I'm not expecting a siz pack until my BF drops to 8 or lower (not this challenge but maybe my next one P --- Monroe wrote: > Have you checked out the Ab Bootcamp on Muscle > Media's website?
