Guest guest Posted March 10, 2006 Report Share Posted March 10, 2006 If what's causing it is not enough carbohydrates, increase them. If not enough food overall, increase that. If you're eating enough calories and carbohydrates and are still in ketosis, you need to get medical attention asap to figure out what else could be the reason; at least, that is my experience with it.
