Anyway, I think a lot of the people are like me in the sense that most are skeptical of any program/advice unless they can see the results of the person giving the advice. So I was wondering, do you have your before and after pictures posted anywhere? I think it may quiet some of the criticism of your ideas... that is if you have had good results Just wondering. You'll just have to accept my " testimony " that I've lost fat faster and gained more strength by cycling carbs.
