Hesitant Newbie with questions please...

I'm sorry for repeating if I have repeated anyone at all. I am new

too. I don't have a culture starter. Would anyone know how I could

get one here in NE Ohio?

I'm so afraid to start my own, but really need the health benefits from

it. So I'd like to try.

Can I use one of those glass tea jugs you can find at walmart?

Where can I find the recipe and Instructions?

I see where someone uses Cane juice crystals. Thats all we use in this

house....I pray it can be used without any issues??
