Ann,

I still do them after my BFL Lower Body WO. I do three sets each

and will continue to do so. BTW this is my " second " challenge

and I'm doing a little tweaking, like adding a set or two of more

specific exercises in addition to the BFL WOs.

Hi Lana, are you suggesting just turning your feet outwards on these, or

bending your knees more as well?

I have been using those machines on my LBW days through the first

challenge, and now my second. I just add it on to the end of the

legs, before abs. And instead of a second exercise for the last 12,

I just do it to muscle exaustion. It only takes another 10 minutes

to do the sets for both machines, and I feel I'm getting something I

don't out of the other LBW sets. a
