Guest guest
Ann, I still do them after my BFL Lower Body WO. I do three sets each and will continue to do so. BTW this is my " second " challenge and I'm doing a little tweaking, like adding a set or two of more specific exercises in addition to the BFL WOs. Guest guest
Hi Lana, are you suggesting just turning your feet outwards on these, or bending your knees more as well? Thanks, Chris (day 2 for me today!!) > lyn.... > > I agree with you on the inner/outer thigh thing. I've try to work these > areas more in my 2nd challenge. Guest guest
I have been using those machines on my LBW days through the first challenge, and now my second. I just add it on to the end of the legs, before abs. And instead of a second exercise for the last 12, I just do it to muscle exaustion. It only takes another 10 minutes to do the sets for both machines, and I feel I'm getting something I don't out of the other LBW sets. a > I know that the adductor and abductor machines work the inner and outer > thighs (I forget which is which though). > > I know we work out quads, hamstrings and calves but I feel like something is > missing without using those machines.
