5 days at 76 degrees with 1/6 starter and it's finished?

Is this possible? It tastes like it's done to me but isn't the norm

like 14 days?

I have a little air heater that I keep in my closet with it and I

think it keeps the KT at about 76 degrees.

A seperate question: Can heating your brew while it's fermenting

produce less than desireable results? For instance...too much

yeast/too bitter? Just Guessing here. Thanks
