Cool Sherah, great job so far! On your chart, right below " Fat Mass "

it says " FFM " which equates to " fat free mass " or in other words,

lean body mass. According to their calculations it says you lost

some lean mass, but I wouldn't worry about that as some of the weight

you initially lost was probably water (which is counted in lean body

mass number). The inches lost and the way your clothes fit is, in my

opinion, the best measure of progress. Keep up the great work!
