Guest guest
Hi, Connie! I've always bruised easily. I'll get kind of a tingly feeling in a finger, look down, and I can see a bruise forming. Guess I've got fragile capillaries, I don't even have to bump myself to bruise. I've bruised before just by being upset, without bumping or touching anything. And I have to be careful not to pull weeds too hard in the garden, or my fingers will bruise from that. My legs look awful from spider veins, have veins sort of like that in my mouth, too. ......I keep my legs covered up--now if I could only learn to keep my mouth shut! Wishing You Well, Betty K. I've just come back from California and now from L= ong Island and I am in a bad Chronic Fatigue flare. I spoke to my infectious disease doctor yesterday and asked if I could take some medrol tablets to bring down the swelling of the lymph nodes which hurt so badly that it went= into my ear and jaw. He said I could and fortunately it has gone down and t= he pain isn't as excrutiating anymore, now I'm only tired. Funnily enough I haven't gotten the black and blue marks yet, but it came o= ut in this other way.One never knows with Fibro and CFS. I'm home for the next= few days before going back out to Long Island on Friday. I'm taking it easy= for now. Feel well, Tania
