Guest guest
Hi All, Currently I am 5 feet, 3 inches and 320lbs. I am wanting to start BFL, but want to know if I should modify the exercise/weight lifting part of it. Any help setting up a program would be appreciated... Thanks
Guest guest
do it by the book the first challenge and maybe even the second challenge figure out what your body can handle, especially if you are new to weight training. then and only then if you feel like you need a tweak, tweak the program, it does work as Sara said by the book. bill > Hi All, > Currently I am 5 feet, 3 inches and 320lbs. Guest guest
I'd say do it by the book for the first few challenges. What I like about the training is that the intensity levels are *my* intensity levels. So a level 9 for me is most likely not the same for you or anyone else. For cardio I do mostly jogging and 12 weeks ago I did a mixture of walking/jogging. Now I do all jogging except the warm-up and cool down. It may take some time to figure it out for you but once you start I think you'll be happy you did. C2W1D2 --- krystal_james@... wrote: > Hi All, > Currently I am 5 feet, 3 inches and 320lbs. Guest guest
I have a lot of bodyfat to lose and have been using the training guide on the BFL website. It tracks your workouts, gives you recommended excercises for every day -- it's great! You can enter your actual workout data (weights/reps),, and it even has these cool animated "how to" videos for each exercise! And for the first day, it only had me doing one set of 10 for each exercise, then builds up. I think the site has a few bugs, but I love those "how to" clips! Plus, it gives you an "initiation" to the weights so you can see how much weight you can handle by experimenting. Let me know if what you think!
