Hello,

I've just started working with a 58yo woman who had an ileostomy almost 18 yrs.

ago. She's been to OHSU, Mayo Clinic, etc. and has had at least 8 more

abdominal surgeries for gallbladder removal, prolapse, etc..., and is on a

downhill spiral of chronic pain, insomnia, and inflammatory conditions such as

IC, etc. She has a very strong spirit but is becoming physically worn down due

to lack of nutrients on multiple levels.

I'm asking her to go on the AI diet, and starting with #1,20,243, Sea Cure,

nervinum vagum, and the BTGs.(castor oil infused with thiosinaminum due to all

her abdominal adhesions.) Very gentle, very slow, since she is quite fragile.

I'm not much of a supplement prescriber, beyond the basics. So, if you have

ideas on water soluble fat soluble vitamin or sublingual B-complex (not just

B12/folic) supplements, please let me know. It seems I need to consider some

better options to the regular ADEK formulations. There is one called AquADEKs,

but if anyone has any other suggestions they would be much appreciated.

Right now I'm simply in the phase of trying to reduce some of her inflammation

and her body and joint pains. She has alot more going on, and finds

aromatherapy, massage, and craniosacral therapies helpful in the short term.

Those leuetic miasms are always challenging...and, this will take quite some

time! Many thanks!
