Guest guest Posted October 26, 2011 Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 Hello Unda folksI'm in the process of setting up my practice (still) in MA which is unlicensed.I need advice as to how to set up an LLC - the lawyer I'm working with knows little about my field - I need to find one who does.My questions:1. Anybody know a lawyer in MA that understands what we do?2. Do I need documentation from the board of examiners, or just the state in which I am licensed(VT)?3.
