Guest guest
Hi All, Well, the meats are all cut, wrapped and ready to go. The beef is from my very wide yet surprisingly lean ish Highland bull who was just 3 years old but too ready to use his horns on my fences. The lamb is from 2 wethers. The cuts that you can't find anywhere else will be there: heart, liver, tongue and ox-tail. (Lamb hearts and livers too.) My van has decided it doesn't want to run. It might be just the spark plugs but if it isn't, I'll have to drive 's car down. If my neighbor gets my van running, I'll be bringing Narum's potatoes with me. If I have to drive 's car - well, there just isn't that much room in it. At any rate, I will be bringing the meat down. Also, 1 case of Warren's favorite snack food, pickled quail eggs. I know that Warren just can't wait to crack open that tester jar. No, Warren, you DON'T have any other commitments so you WILL be at the Warehouse when I and the pickled quail eggs arrive. I spent today up at the animal rescue. There are only 7 cats in residence right now, all of them are super affectionate who just want to be held and petted. Gave a very cute but very timid Yorkie-poo a bath among other things. Just a pup, about 7 months old. He will be available for adoption soon through the Friends of Red Lake Rosie, petfinder website is: www.petfinder.com/shelters/MN278.html If you are thinking about getting a pet, you won't find better, more loving, affectionate and loyal animals than the formerly abused or neglected ones from Red Lake. I ought to know, I've got Isabelle. :-)Pat
