Guest guest
I've been bringing lambsquarters to the warehouse for a while, and I'm trying to gauge how much interest there is in wild greens. I know some of it has sold, but it doesn't keep well, so a lot gets thrown out. So I have a couple of questions: 1) Are people interested in wild greens? (I have lambsquarters, purslane, and some pigweed/amaranth and garlic mustard.) If so, how much? 2) If you are interested, when would be the best time to bring these to the TF warehouse so that they are fresh? 3) What kind of handling/packaging do you want? (Early in the season, I had bagged the leaves of the lambsquarters. This takes time, and involves additional handling and packaging. Lately, I've just been bringing bulk and putting it in the bin. It doesn't keep as long this way, but it is faster.) 4) What is a reasonable price? Feel free to email me privately, or post here.
