Here is what her friend wrote on the lean and strong board about Liz's " secret " to success.

***I don't know everyone's secrets and there are some who have done their own tweaks and made BFL into something else, which is fine beyond your 1st challenge, but I can tell you this for a fact.

Liz has no secret. It's been divulged in a book you've all read, called Body-for-LIFE. She follows it to a " T " (well, except for these nasty sugar-free candies! ). She doesn't skimp on her portions, makes sure she gets her six meals. She doesn't cheat, she enjoys her Free Days. She works her ass off in the gym and kicks it for cardio. She's about as pro-BFL as they get. And she's done it that way for both of her 2 challenges thus far. That's her secret.
