re plea for advicesetting fees

david- the reason we cannot set our fees is not urban legend I recently

sent to the prctice managment listserv at aafp an arnold relman article

with the background on t his and reference to the supreme court decision

in 1975 that began to look at docotrs as providers of raw materials and

thereby subject to these anti collusion ideas . i w ill post it here later

It is in the practice managment listserv at aafp.org and the article is

called the health of nations and was published 3/05 The New Republic.
