Guest guest
Tell me more about your Euro Spa breakfast. I generally have a glass of Kombucha and one of Kefir for breakfast with a bit of VCO. " Can you say what the VCO is? So you would have some Kombuch tea first, then the actual breakfast would be the Kefirised milk with the VCO? We raise our blood glucose soon after getting up, with some juice and water - say about half an inch of water in a tumbler and an inch or so of juice on top. Then we have the breakfast when we are ready. The highly recommended thing about the Euro Spa type breakfast is all its healthy features - low carb; plenty of breakfast, so no feeling of deprivation or overdose of muscular Christianity; plenty of fibre from the brans and grains, so its big with the bowel profs; quite low cal; busting with nutrients; high in essential fatty acids cos of the grits; good protein level cos it absorbs quite a bit of full fat milk; good for calcium absorption cos of the fat in the milk; good for calcium levels, etc. I will post the recipe again. Most I know add a handful of raw rolled and steamed grains, either barley or wheat flakes..the sort that have to be soaked o'night and cooked the next morning - only you chuck them into the Euro Spa raw, like they often are in Mueslis. best, Lizzie
