Guest guest
Per Bill in the Body for Life book, a missed day is a missed day. Don't worry about it and move on. To " make up " a day may be too stressful for your body, especially if you're recovering from illness. -

Guest guest
Also, if you mess up and eat something that you shouldn't, move on and don't dwell over it. Just make sure that you are really enjoying the cheat so it will be worth it! Let me confess a bad cheat that I had last week. I ate 4 pieces of chocolate cake and ice cream in a row. Yes, I really really enjoyed it and I still lost a lb that week since I ate clean the rest of the time and didn't miss a workout. If we cheat we should make a conscious decision to do that and make sure that we are going to enjoy it. Guest guest
You are going to hear both sides of the coin here - some say make it up, some say forget it and move on. Personally, if I miss a workout because of a schedule conflict (something unexpected comes up) then I make up the workout. If I miss one because I'm sick, then I just forget it and pick up where I left off. See how you feel and make a decision then. Just don't feel guilty about missing it if you decide not to make it up. Jen B. > All, > I was sick w/a stomach flu or something yesterday (junk food withdrawal symptoms?) and I missed my lower body workout and even work. This morning I was fine and did the aerobics (stairmaster). Question: tomorrow should I do the lower body or maintain the original schedule and do the upper body again that I did on Monday? > What do you think?
