Hello All,

I'm about to start my first BFL challenge in one week.

I was curious about the photographs of people BFL has

on the web page and in Bill's book.

Did they change that much in twelve weeks or do most

people do more than one challenge to reach the desired

results?

Also after you complete the first challenge do you

take a second before picture before you start the

second challenge or still use the first?

Lastly, Thanks for the warning on " Neo " I just deleted

all his emails and never read a single one of them.

The people in the book and on the website had fantastic results. If you want to see everyday people and their results, go to www.leanandstrong.com and find the Transformation Gallery and go to www.bodychangers.com There you will find lots of regular people and many of them did take more than one challenge to meet their goals. BFL is really a way of life and once you start it, if you follow the book, you will not want to stop once you've finished 12 weeks.

If you are entering an official challenge, you probably would want to take another before picture for the second challenge. I advocate taking a week off after the first challenge so your pictures would be a week apart (or a little more or less since you have a little leeway in when the pictures have to be taken).
