Guest guest Posted July 8, 2001 Report Share Posted July 8, 2001 Does anyone know offhand, why it is that Bill has us doing one exercise for the 12/10/8/6/12 and then another for the same muscle group on the last rep 12? And how important is it? There are some that I just HATE like lunges...can't do them right for the life of me, and am always wobbling everywhere ~ and the other two he mentions require a bench. So these past 2 weeks I've been doing only straight- leg deadlifts...but now I have the bench set up so it's okay. Just wondering though?
