Guest guest
Dear Sherah; hmmm.... food.... ooooo.... food.... dooouuughhhhnnnutttssssssssssss..... oooooooooooooo Ok enough Homer Simpson impersonations..... RECIPES: ***Breakstone's fat free cottage cheese one yogurt (either Yoplait light... or my brand spankin new favourite Wal Mart) wheat germ mix eat.... yum ***Hot Omelette 5 egg whites 1 whole egg 1/4 cup salsa (no added salt, no sugars or corn syrups, only veggies and spices) 1/4 cup Kraft fat free Mozzarella 2 dashes of chili pepper 1 coat a skillet with Pam or other spray 2 heat skillet on high, put in eggs... scramble them up 3 cover until they are no longer translucent and starting to turn white 4 turn heat down to lower medium 5 place salsa in a strip in the center of the omelette, cover with cheese and the chili pepper 6 cover and continue heating until ready. 7 fold into an omelette You will have a very fluffy, very good omelette. Accompany it with toast or Wasa Whole Grain Rye (it's a Swedish hard bread). ***Jasmati rice I use this rice a lot and it is easy to make and with very few spices and be made UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Cook as stated on container, then try one of these spice combinations: 1/2 t lemon or orange peel dash of chili pepper or 1/4 t oregano 1/4 t garlic powder or 1/2 t cajun seasoning any of them taste good... I have a bunch of other combos that are good too. ***Chocolate fruit shake These are done with any regular whey. I personally use Bally's Chocolate whey since it is so inexpensive. 1 scoop whey 2 cups skim milk 1 banana 1 container of any fruit yogurt 2 cups ice mix in blender, drink... great on a hot summer day after a grueling upper body level 10 slam
