Has anyone one else heard of or went through the MOREob program?

This initative was started at my hospital over 2 years ago and involves

all the OB nurses (post partum, L & D, NICU) and doctors in our hospital.

It's essentially a course where we learn everything there is to know

about obstretics and the idea is that the nurses and doctors should be

all at the same level when it comes to knowledge, and it teaches new

and more effective ways of providing care to our patients.

That being said, I found the doctors were all gung-ho at first then

slowly resorted back to their old practices. Anyone else go through

this?
