My experience with a blood taking!

Hello everybody,

I would like to share my experience with a lab and blood draw

yesterday. Our dr requested some tests and directed us to Genova

Diagnostic lab.In the past I think they were working with TDWL but not

anymore.At present they are working with Quest for blood taking and

transferring to them.I will recommend no one this place because they

have no experiences with kids, in fact the nurse confirmed this when I

asked him.They don't have even a cushion to rest the arm when they

were taking blood! As a contrast TDWL is wonderful , there are lots of

very experienced nurses,they are very nice to calm a stressed child..

I will ask my DR to sort this problem because there is no way that I

will go to Quest again.Having said that they were nice to take the

blood for transportation to the Genova Diagnostic .( we did it TDWL

and rushed back to the Quest again..Have a picture how upset I was to

take a fasting child to the first lab then they couldn't looked

confident enough and I wasn't confident about them then rushed to TDWL

and sort the work nicely ..)
