Guest guest
Hello Fellow Trad Fooders, I'm concerned about what has happened to the focus on real high quality food in this economic slow-down. Seems that the real issues that matter have been ignored in favor of much more general issues like sick care and the FDAs shortcomings. We need to get back to the basic concept of what creates healthy food and that is healthy soil and water, microbial life and balanced minerals. I will say that real quality is so difficult to obtain that most of you DO NOT remember it or have never had it. I've introduced various options for this (near ultimate)quality at the TFMN Warehouse and at the Midtown Farmers Market and response has been dismal at best. Now that school is back in session and our lives are a sustained " busy as ever " , we need to consider the need to support sustainably healthy food production. Please, express your concerns about availability of quality food and then support it when it comes to your area. As a family farm in central MN and a delivery service for high quality food, we feel that we are responsible for the promotion and production of great quality. If you can't find what you want or don't even know what to look for, ask someone that does. We are Schlangen Family Farm, Freeport MN. See our website and contact us or someone that you know that understands what it takes to create health. Be well, Alvin www.mnorganiceggs.com P.S. We're expanding coverage to include Woodbury, Eagan, possibly Blaine and Plymouth in October.
