Guest guest Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 Dear Ones, But I had to make them up in the kitchen instead of out here on the table I had to have my friend, , carry them in here and put them down on the coffee table under the other table. Of course, they spilled onto the cloth covers, because I used too much water. I placed my reserve scobies in the refrig while these are fermenting. Unfortunately, I had to throw out 3 or my 4 pots of stored scobies that were in the refrig, neglected. They all dried out. For the first time, one had mold in the refrig. O. Woe. I am so ashamed. Now I don't have many reserves. I wish I had just kept adding fermented KT to those pots. Note: I also had a bunch of mailer-daemons returned from people I never wrote to. Why? When will this stop?
