Hi all,I have a female, post menopausal patient who gets a strong headache 'like an ice cream headache' post orgasm. It is in her forehead (third eye). It has been happening for the past 2 years not all the time but most of the time. She is a kundalini yoga teacher and thought at first it was kundalini energy pulsing through her. Now she thinks it is more physiological. Any thoughts/experience with this?
