Guest guest Posted February 3, 2010 Report Share Posted February 3, 2010 I heartily support Chipotle's " local-natural ingredient sourcing " policy, and visit them fairly often. The food seems to agree with me and they are the ONLY " fast food " outlets that are doing something about bad food. Their pork does come from Niman Pork which is a step in the right direction. If the owners see a response from us, the eaters, they will continue to make the right decisions. If, on the other hand, there is no positive response, they could just say " the heck with trying to be natural! " . If you don't need more white bread tortilla in your diet, just opt for the " bowl " option which is all beans, rice, meat and spices. Chipotle now sources chicken from more natural, more humane places, and even serves JOEL SALATIN's grass-fed beef at outlets in Virginia! IT'S WORKING!
