Hello Great Minds,I have an easy question: I am working with a new patient with what appears to be cholecystitis; he also has some bloating that does not fit the picture (we'll know more after U/S on the 16th). I have him on UNDA #s, vinegar packs, BTGs. I need something else for acute episodes. Have any of you used Spasm-gen with success for this issue? Or do you have another favorite for this type of pain? Also, is Ichol indicated now or should I wait until his acute episodes subside? The ichol plus has the green tea in it--I suppose for the caffeine action on the GB?(I usually just rx Ichol; please let me know if you have a preference for one or the other in certain situations other than the obvious of avoiding the caffeine for an individual.)Thank you in advance!Best,
