Specific Carb Diet

Hello all

My name is Pat from Ireland and I'm new to the group. I have a couple

of questions if that's ok.

Firstly, if any one has implemented the SCD diet I'd be happy to hear

any reports or observations that they have. Secondly, I know that a lot

of you will have experience of dealing with recurring ear infections.

Is there any info on non anti-biotic ways of dealing with these

infections to minimise pain, etc once they occurred.
