Subject: Edible Green Grass for Birthday Cake

I'm making a baseball cake for my son's birthday and need help finding a

healthy, yummy alternative for green grass. I'm using crumbled graham crackers

for the " dirt " and powdered sugar for the baselines. Does anybody have ideas for

the grass?

You could also just buy some sushi and use the " grass " that comes with it. It

wouldn't be edible, but might look cute.
