Tomorrow, Saturday, December 5th is the day - The day for heading to the

Traditional Foods Minnesota Warehouse to sample good food, buy good food, and

meet up with others interested in local, sustainably raised chow.

We open at 9:00 a.m. and will be open until ...

Located at 302 W. 61st. St., between Lyndale Avenue South and Nicollet Avenue

South, and one block north of the crosstown 62 Highway.

What we are sure of for tomorrow, is some Holiday cheer, a limited amount of

eggnog from Castle Rock Dairy, as well as their heavy cream, churned cream and

cheeses, great, flavored goudas from MOM's Dairy, goat cheeses from Hilgens

Goat Dairy, and cider pressing from the same family, organic shortbread,

dehydrated macaroons (Beccaroons) in several flavors, amazingly beautiful

dehydrated vegetables, a new Haitian coffee, samples of a flourless, yeast free

bread - Manna Bread, Beautiful Bliss bars, and other healthy and tasty sweets

from the women at Essential Delights, kombucha from Kombucha Divine, Deana's,

and Amy's, lattes with coffee or Dandy-blend dandelion beverage, samples of

lacto fermented products, coconut products, honeys, chocolate and maple syrup,

olive oil, grassfed beef (Thousand Hills Cattle Company) and Farms,

pastured, Berkshire pork products from Lucky Pig, flash frozen salmon from Matt

Oxford, teas, sea salts, pastured, free range poultry, Northstar Bison products,

geese, ducks, smoked turkeys, chicken, quail and duck eggs. Castle Rock ice

cream, organic frozen pizza, raw dog food (Restoration Raw), wild rice from Red

Lake, wheat berries, soup mixes, nuts, squashes, shallots, onions, dog toys, dog

blankets, Holiday wreathes and greens, supplements, skin care products, Holiday

buttons from The Button Babe, gift items, books, holiday cards, food to try, and

lots of vendors on hand, farmers, volunteers and lots of fun.

What we are unsure of is the music. There may be live music, canned Holiday

carols, people humming, but there will be general good will.

think about those upcoming Holiday dinners.
