Guest guest
Hi Unda group, I have had two patients ask me for book recommendations this week. Neither of them specifically asked about drainage, but more about the process of becoming well. I have read so many books that I take bits and pieces from, but I can't think of anything that really encompasses what we do as naturopaths or with drainage. It doesn't have to be specific to these modalities, obviously, but my patients are clearly asking for help to understand what this new path is all about. Beyond what we discuss in the office and the literature I have given them, they seem to want more to spend time grappling with at home. As one patient said "It could be anything; naturopathic medicine, mental health, eating better, whatever you think might be good for me to read. Doesn't necessarily have to be a book, could be a website/blog, podcast. If you have any. I love reading non-fiction and anything that will keep me on the right track would be beneficial."Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
