Guest guest Posted December 29, 2004 Report Share Posted December 29, 2004 A grassfed beef seller is asking me for “reliable sources” as to the information on raw milk vs. pasteurized. He doesn’t see why raw would be any better than pasteurized organic milk. I pulled up some info on the web and sent it to him, but not sure he’s buying it because anyone can put anything on the web and call it fact. Does anyone have any idea on where I could get a hold of studies or more reliable info on the benefits of raw milk? I am not doing a very good job on my own here, and could use some help! Thanks!
