Guest guest
This is an absolutely incredible chance to make something happen with regards to health freedom. I don't know how this can possibly work for me (between my tow delivery days), but I am making the trip and will have room for five or six adults. It's 204 miles from home according to google maps, but well worth the trip if we can finally get some attention as consumers. Freedom to farm and freedom to be healthy should see some progress here if we can get the media involved and make the national news. I'd leave the farm at 5:30 AM and leave the TFMN Warehouse at 7:45. Who's with me? Alvin > > Things are coming to a boiling point in WI! Everyone needs to come to this event next Wednesday March 10th in Eau , a short hop over in I-94. The oppressors in the WI government, who are proving their solidarity with corporate contributors by crushing small farms, need to see several thousand faces there. Doesn't matter if you are from WI, MN or anywhere else! We need supporters. Here are the basic details from a poster that doesn't come out well on a post. Go to the Farm To Consumer Legal Defense Fund site (farmtoconsumer.org) for a much, much more about why this is the most important thing you can do next Wednesday. Guest guest
Can we organize a caravan or a bus to go from Mpls to Eau ? Anyone know of a farmer near Eau that would allow for a group to stop for lunch? I could bring enough eggs for like 1000 people. Anyone have like 100 lbs of whole grain bread? I have butter. Headquarters is obvious - TFMN Warehouse, today and Tuesday planning. Let's make some progress here! Thanks for listening (reading). Alvin " Consumer Activist for Food Freedom " I spend more time thinking about food than anyone I know... > > Things are coming to a boiling point in WI! Guest guest
> Things are coming to a boiling point in WI! Things are coming to a boiling point everywhere in the world. You have to search really hard for real news on what's going on here and in other parts of the world, but regular people everywhere are reaching their limit with the control freaks in government, military, religious institutions, and corporations. Those powers are losing their monopoly on resources as regular people wake up to the fact that the control freaks are trying to power-grab everything under the sun, be it water rights, food rights, access to information, personal sexuality and reproductive freedoms, health care freedoms, religious freedom, wages and taxes, housing, and so on. An interesting time will be had by all. ~Joe
Guest guest
I'd really like to know that I'm not the only activist from this side of the river to travel to Eau to support food freedom. What is the word on a group of 50 to 100 supporters. I can almost guarantee that you're NOT busier that I am. Alvin
