Where do you buy phosphorous?

Is there anyone using phosphorous out there?On the vit K protocol they recommend either Carlsons Labs Complexed phosphorus tablets or Angstrom Minerals liquid phosphorus. Does anyone get these? If so I'd be very grateful if you could tell me where you get them from.
