Guest guest
Hi All, I just got back from taking birds down to be processed. On Saturday I will bring down the following, just in time for Easter: 3 geese, 3 pheasant, 3 chickens, 4 guineas, 8 Bobwhite, 5 partridge and 34 Coturnix. The Coturnix will be packaged on styrofoam meat trays, 4 to a package. I am hoping that the volunteers at the Warehouse have taken me up on my offer and have cooked a few of the Coturnix quail up for people to sample. They are absolutely delicious. This past week, every vehicle that we own has decided to have issues. What we will come down to the Cities in, is up to 's ingenuity. I hope to God it won't have to be the '69 3/4 ton Ford pickup. Not the most comfortable ride in the world. I will post what I am bringing down as I make it up. So far there will be the birds, herb blends, blue chicken eggs and lots of pickled eggs. :-)Pat Z.
