Guest guest
A little off topic but I desperatly need some info. My hubby is on compensation due to an injury to his knee at work. As of today they think it is Bursitis. Everything I have been able to find on the net suggests he should have healed after 6-8 weeks of rest. Well we have done the rest, physio, and a scope to no avail. Anyways I've read that they can remove the bursa in surgery. What I need to know is has anyone had this done? What are the results of the surgery? Were you able to return to work? Any limitions afterwards? Any information on this particulary surgery called bursectomy would be appreciated. WCB is demanding he return to physio which two other doctors and one physiotherapists says he should not. But you know them they are literally demanding that he go and if he refuses they are threatening to cut him off. blah..blah..blah, same old story. Anyways thank you for any help you can offer.
