Guest guest
Congrats on your fantastic loss!!!! Gas has been my biggest issue as well. I bloat like a toad nearly every night and my husband says he could register me as a lethal weapon! LOL! Just want you to know you are not alone and that it has improved since I have stopped losing weight. hugs, cindy lee > It's been a while since I've checked in here... I'd like to see how my body fat percentage and water > percentage is. I have a scale that gives me that info, but I don't > think it is very accurate. It usually lists my weight at 5-10 pounds > lighter than the scales at work. My body fat percentage fluctuates > according to my scales from 23%-31%... that is a pretty darn big > fluctuation. My machine also lists my body water percentage at 46- > 51%... when it says that men should be closer to 60%.
