Guest guest
We had Lucky Pig pork chops tonight and they were wonderful. I marinated them overnight in apple cider with allspice, bay leaves, sea salt. Put a pat of butter in the fry pan and added onions, cooked until slightly browned. Then added the pork chops. When close to being done, added sliced apples and more sea salt. Served it up on a big plate with a side salad. We thought it was simple and very good. I'd love it if people share more pork recipes. I didn't really like pork until I tried Lucky Pork. I always thought of pork as something I occasionally had with breakfast. Kathy
