I think you can definitely help your daughter a lot here, and you're definitely on the right track.  (Though, as a parent I know first hand that it's hard to think of all the ways to best support our own kids, and so have to at least suggest getting another ND to manage/co-manage her case...)

Here's a question:  why do you think she is having these problems?  We know allergy is a typical etiology, but her life sounds pretty hypoallergenic.  Whatever the cause, the cause of that will eventually need attention... if allergies, e.g., the GI/barriers...   I know of one pediatric case of this that finally cleared when the child's parents eliminated all potato products.

Are the other emunctories open and functioning well?(Is there possibly something she doesn't want to hear? Might sound a little absurd when we're talking about a 4 year old, but this has been the clincher for a couple of cases I've seen in the NCNM clinic...)

That answer aside, a few treatment ideas.  I'd consider...-adding Unda 710 (ears are a closed space), and dosing it all at least 5 drops TID.  Also consider #14-adding Abies Alba gemmo (50 gtt BID), perhaps alternating with or followed by Betula Pendula SEED and/or Canina

-alternatively, using the phytogen counterparts: Dog Rose Young Shoot phytogen (7 drops BID), Silver Fir Young Shoot, -Kali mur or Kali sulf 6x cell salts 2 BID-N-acetyl cysteine--would have to look up what dose--to thin the secretions

-ear exercises, with castor oil rubbed on to the cervical lymph chains-osseous manipulations--or at least a good assessment by someone who works on kids-are there fish oils and probiotics on board?-Hydro:  alternating hot and cold to ears and/or sinuses; warming socks at bedtime

-Eustachian tube massage, with bitter orange oil-also consider diuretic and lymphogogue herbs, and acupuncture if there is someone around who works on kids (perhaps a needle-less technique?)Good luck!  Keep us posted.

I had a recent case resolve by treating as an environmental allergy - gemmos

Ribes and Rosmarianus resolved life-long snoring/sleep disruption and prevented

adenoid surgery.
